Questions

Are my files uploaded?
No. The tool runs in your browser and your files are processed on your device. The page downloads the tool's code from public content networks, which see an ordinary web request, but your files are never sent to SkillEra.
Do I need an account?
No. These tools work without signing in. A few controls are marked Pro and unlock with a paid plan; everything else is free to use.
Does converting keep my layout?
Text is kept. Converting to Word keeps headings, bold and italic text, lists, links and tables; fonts, colours, images and page layout are not carried over. Scanned PDFs with no text layer cannot be read, because there is no OCR here.
