If you think you have found a vulnerability in SkillEra.IO, we want to hear about it.
How to report
Email Connect@SkillEra.IO with what you found, the page or address involved, and the steps to reproduce it. Screenshots or a short video help.
Please send security issues by email rather than posting them on the community board: posts there are public.
What happens next
- We aim to confirm we received your report within 5 business days.
- We aim to investigate every valid report, keep you updated where we can, and tell you when a confirmed issue is fixed.
- With your permission, we are glad to thank you by name once the fix is live.
Please
- Test only against your own account, and stop as soon as you can show the problem.
- Do not open, change or delete anyone else's data, and tell us if you see any by accident.
- Do not run denial-of-service tests, spam, social engineering, or automated scans that put load on the site.
- Give us a reasonable chance to fix the issue before you share it publicly.
If your research is in good faith, follows every guideline on this page and complies with the law, SkillEra will not take legal action against you for it. We cannot make that promise for other companies or for authorities.
