A diagram you can hand to a client, not just look at
Most AI diagram tools give you a picture. The moment someone asks you to rename a step or move a box, you are back to drawing it by hand.
AI Diagram Studio gives you a diagram built from real shapes and connectors. Open the PowerPoint file, drag a box to another lane, and the arrows follow it. Change a label, recolour a shape, add a step: it behaves like a diagram you drew yourself, because it is made of the same parts.
How it works
- Describe it. A sentence or two is enough: the steps, who does them, and where the decisions are. "Purchase order approval across Requester, Manager and Finance, with a budget check for large orders" is plenty.
- Pick the type, or let it choose. Flowcharts with swim lanes (left to right or top to bottom), timelines and roadmaps, org charts, cycles, hub-and-spoke and block diagrams.
- Choose a look. Six themes, from Executive Navy to Monochrome Print. Change the theme and the diagram redraws at once, at no cost.
- Fix it up. Edit any label directly, or ask for a change in plain words: "add a Legal review lane before Finance".
- Download it. An editable PowerPoint slide or a short deck with a title slide and a step list, a locked PDF that prints but can't be edited or copied, or a PNG or SVG image.
Who it's for
- Operations and process owners documenting how work really flows, with lanes for each team.
- Consultants and analysts who need a clean diagram in the client's own PowerPoint, not a screenshot.
- Managers sketching a roadmap or an org chart for a meeting in a few minutes.
In the demo
The demo draws a diagram from your description and shows it on screen with a small watermark. Downloads and chat changes are included with every plan.
Good to know
- The diagram is drawn by our own layout engine, so shapes never overlap and every label fits its box. The AI decides what the diagram says; it never decides where the pixels go.
- A Visio export with real cross-functional swim lanes is on the way.
- Your description passes a safety check before it reaches the model. Nothing you type is used to train a model.
